At Lola DENIM, we believe fashion should leave a positive
mark on the planet. That’s why, for every pair of jeans you purchase, we plant
a tree through our partnership with Ecodrive. Together, we’re turning
everyday shopping into meaningful environmental action.
HOW IT WORKS
Each Lola order contributes directly to mangrove reforestation projects in Madagascar and Kenya. These trees are planted by hand in protected coastal areas, where they help restore vital ecosystems, stabilize shorelines, and protect communities from erosion and storms.
Every planting is fully verified and transparent—ecodrive records the exact time, location, and photo of each tree, so you can trust your impact is real.
Why Mangroves?
Mangroves are one of nature’s most powerful climate solutions. They can capture up to four times more carbon than tropical forests, while providing food, shelter, and protection for coastal life. By rejuvenating mangrove habitats in places like Mteza Creek, Kenya, we’re helping restore biodiversity and strengthen local ecosystems.
Empowering Communities
Our impact goes beyond the environment. Each tree planted creates fair-pay work opportunities for local residents—100 trees planted equals a full day of employment. These projects foster new sources of income, from sustainable forest management to fishing, helping lift entire communities.
Verified Impact
Through Ecodrive’s public dashboard, every Lola Denim customer can see the measurable results of our collective effort—trees planted, CO₂ captured, and lives impacted. It’s sustainability you can see, track, and feel proud to support.
